Tongan Language Week Celebration Assembly, Rooms 6 & 32 hosting.
1:30 pm, in our hall, all welcome.
Cultural Dress Day – tamariki are able to wear their cultural dress to school

Yesterday our Tongan Group fāmili started our week with a Lotu (prayer) and then sang the Tongan National Anthem.

TONGAN LANGUAGE WEEK ASSEMBLY

Our School Assembly to celebrate Tongan Language Week will be held in the Hall at 1.30pm on Thursday 7th September.
All whānau/aiga/fāmili are welcome to attend.

CULTURAL DRESS DAY               THURSDAY 7 SEPT 

All children are invited to wear cultural dress to celebrate the diverse culture of RPS. Please ensure they are warm enough as the weather can still be cold.

AIMS GAMES in Tauranga
Good luck to our Girls Futsal, Girls Netball, and Boys Sevens Teams who made their way to the AIMS Games in Tauranga at the weekend. Thank you to all parents, whānau, staff members, and the community for giving them the opportunity and support to be able to compete.

TE HUI AKO WHĀNAU/AIGA/FĀMILI SURVEY
BE IN THE DRAW TO WIN!

Our Te Hui Ako (a meeting to share learning) are next week Tuesday 12 – Thursday 14 September. We look forward to seeing everyone attend. 

We have a survey that we would like all whānau/families to complete. If you come to our library before or after your meeting to complete it you will
go into the draw to win a $50 supermarket voucher.

Year 9 enrolments for 2024 need to be handed into Alfriston College by Friday 22 September. Please ensure all documents are attached. If you have any questions, please contact Alfriston College on 09 269 0080

COVID TESTING KITS

We have face masks and COVID testing kits available in our school office, please come through and help yourself.

KEEPING YOUR DETAILS UPDATED

If you have changed your contact number, email, or home address please update these with our office staff. It is important we have the correct contact information.
Thank you for your support.

SPARE CLOTHING FOR YOUR TAMARIKI

Please pack a change of clothing in your child’s bag. This is in case of accidents that can happen or muddy clothing.  Clothing can be uniform or mufti.

SCHOOL DROP-OFF, PICK-UP TIMES
& SKIDS
Learning commences at 8:40 am. Students are able to be on school grounds from 8:15 am and classrooms are open from 8:30 am.

School concludes at 2:45 pm, all students need to be offsite by 3 pm unless they are taking part in extra-curricular activities. 

SKIDS are available for after-school care. Please contact Ajneeta on 0276275001  or randwickpark@skids.co.nz.

OFFICE HOURS AND PAYMENTS
Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:15 am – 3:30 pm. Payments are taken at our back student window from 8:15 – 9:30 am and 2:30 – 3:30 pm.
